He further supports the Chief of Policy and Budgetary Affairs in ensuring that Commissioners and their staff are thoroughly briefed on upcoming items prior to each Board meeting. He uses his experience having served in the administrative side of County government to facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions to current County issues. Prior to joining OPBA, Mrs. Galvez was the Deputy Budget Director for OMB. As Deputy Budget Director, her duties included assisting the Department Director with the budget development and strategic planning processes and developing the County’s five-year financial outlook.
